1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all governorates and residential areas across the State of Kuwait. We ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery right to your doorstep.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is completely free for all orders valued at 19 KWD or more. For orders below 19 KWD, a standard delivery fee of 1.90 KWD is applied at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours inside Kuwait.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure Online Payment via debit/credit cards (K-Net, Visa, Mastercard).

5. Can I test the fragrance before purchasing?
